Joey

Outgoing lad with a lovely nature …

Meet Joey

Joey is a two and a half year old greyhound boy from Ireland – he is quite a fun boy with a lovely nature, although can be a little shy initially on first meeting.   He has been with us just over three weeks and he has gained in confidence and his personality is starting to show.

Joey had has just ten races, so in the greyhound world he is considered a “failed racer”.  He is fully vaccinated (including kennel cough) neutered, microchipped and has received both flea and worm treatments – so is good to go.

Joey weighs 34kg so not a huge boy, but does have long legs!!!

Seems to be a “happy go lucky” lad when confident around you.  Joey would fit into a family who have perhaps had previous greyhound experience.

Gets on well with his kennel companions and Harper, who shared a kennel with him in Ireland, absolutely adores him.

If you feel Joey may be the dog for you please get in touch, as he would love to meet you.

Joey cannot live with cats and any children must be over eight years old for us to consider re-homing.
